Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBBS Degree
- MD / DNB in Psychiatry or equivalent qualification
- Qualification must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC)
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 65 Years
- Age calculation as per NHM J&K norms
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹85,000. No additional allowances such as DA, HRA, or TA will be applicable as the engagement is contractual.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a point-based evaluation system followed by Viva-Voce.

Preference & Domicile Policy
- Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the concerned district

Contract Duration
The initial contract will be valid up to 31st March of the financial year. Extension will depend on satisfactory performance and approval from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
