PNB Apprentice Vacancy Details (State-wise)
Punjab National Bank has released 5,138 apprenticeship seats distributed across all States and UTs, including Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, and others.
Reservations are applicable for:
- SC
- ST
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- EWS
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee (settled before 01 January 1962), or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PwBD – 10 years
- Widows/Divorced Women – up to 40 years (category-wise)
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Graduation result must be declared on or before 31 December 2025
- Proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT is mandatory
Apprenticeship Training Duration
- Total Duration: 12 Months
- 2 weeks – Basic Training
- 50 weeks – On-the-Job Training
Note: Apprentices will not be treated as permanent employees of PNB.
